Health inspectors can come on a bad day. However, we deserve to know.
Johnny Rockets #148, 4799 Commons Way, #J, Calabasas, CA 91302. Downgraded to "B" on July 10, 2007. Previously an "A" rated restaurant with the LA Public Health officials November 17, 2006, it had moved to an A to a B for the second time.
The Alamo Mexican Grill, 5671 Kanan Road, Agoura Hills, CA 91301. Downgraded to a "B" with cockroaches. Previously an A rated restaurant August 30, 2006.
Aunt Lefty's Italian Kitchen, 4661 Lakeview Canyon Road, Westlake Village, CA 91361. Downgraded to a "B" January 4, 2007, from a previous "A." It had an "A" back October 26, 2006, but on February 14, 2006, it was downgraded to a "B" and they failed to clean up their act in 2007.
Finally, The Latigo Kid, 28914 Roadside Drive, #16, Agoura Hills, CA 91301. They were downgraded to a "B" August 8, 2007, with a note of "major active cockroach infestation."

Fabrocini's in Agoura Hills, CA is a small cafe-like atmosphere, Italian food, ran by it seems, a French man. Nonetheless, the food is very good, it is an enjoyable experience and its sad to say the parking makes it almost impossible to go there. From the outside, it does not look very inviting, especially because hardly anyone is ever there. However, once seated and served some bread and wine, you start to feel the magic of this small eatery. Not because of the wine because the wine does not set it apart, but because of the small Italian restaurant feel, as if you are in an American Italy, you begin to lose yourself to the dining experience, and then when the food comes, you have forgotten where you are and settle into a fine Italian meal and can finally relax and enjoy yourself. If you are in the mood for Italian food and are not bothered by the parking attendants directing people to Channel 8 and are not stolen by outward appearances by other Italian restaurants in the area, you will not regret your cozy meal at a very cozy Italian restaurant that was once all the rave but has since been forgotten. It should not be forgotten. It should be a place everyone frequents when they can, so fine food and dining can stay in business as it should.
